The first step in your journey is to contact us and get a quote for your planned tour. You can do this by filling out our online quote request form or emailing us with the details, but the best way is to call and speak with one of our Educational Travel Specialists. This allows us to hear first-hand about the goals and objectives of your tour.

During this process, we’ll gather details about what you want to do, the expected group size, and the ages of the group. This service is completely obligation-free, and we understand that some school administrations may require you to get multiple quotes. We’re always happy to review whether we can match or beat an existing quote on a like-for-like basis.

Promote Your Trip

Promoting your trip in school is a key stage in the process of launching a tour and one where we can give you support with marketing materials such as color posters and power point presentations.

Make a Provisional Booking

You might feel confident the tour will go ahead but still need time to promote it and get final approval. If you have your dates, we can often secure flights and accommodations on a provisional basis without any financial obligation. This allows you to move forward with your booking knowing that key components of the tour are already in place. If things don’t work out and you’re unable to proceed with the booking, we’ll simply release the flights or accommodations we’re holding, with no further commitment required.

Confirm Your Booking

During the trip planning and quote stage we will advise you of the deposit that is required from each student when you are ready to confirm your booking. Once you have collected in deposits from the students and have all those in place, we will request a deposit from your school or college and ask you to complete a registration form. We will also confirm the details of your booking and the flight times if they are within booking range.

Our Tour Coordinators Arrange Your Trip

During the next stage of the process one of our experienced Tour Coordinators will be assigned to your trip and their role is to work closely with you to put all of the tour arrangements into place. This will include such things as collecting the passenger name list, dietary requirements and incorporating other special requests and any changes or additions that you might want to make to the itinerary.
