Kipling Tours Financial Protection
We are fully licenced by the CAA and hold ATOL licence number 7576. All the flight-inclusive holidays on this website booked by travellers resident in the UK are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, this provides complete financial protection for your school covering all advance payment made to us. When you book and pay your initial deposit you will receive an ATOL Certificate which confirms this financial protection. ABTOT
The Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT) provides financial protection under The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 for Kipling Tours membership number 5654, and in the event of their insolvency, protection is provided for:
- Non-flight packages
- Non-ATOL flight inclusive packages
ABTOT cover provides for a refund in the event you have not yet travelled or repatriation if transportation was included in your package. Please note that bookings made outside the UK are only protected by ABTOT when purchased directly with Kipling Tours.

Our membership of the Travel Trust Association
For all future tours which were booked up to and including 31 March 2025 your monies have been and will continue to be deposited into a trust account administered by the Travel Trust Association (TTA) which is a specialist trade association for travel agents and tour operators. These monies are not released to us until your tour has concluded. Our membership number is Q3780
